Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
this team is a good representation of doing what it takes cause they do just that for
instance the time that a water line broke in the mens restroom across from the
apple the whole team stopped what they were doing and come to clean up lots off
water in order to make sure the area was clean and safe for everyone

the team as a whole demonstrates competencies on a daily basis by being
knowledgeable and responsible enough to take on any job or requirement asked of
the team at any time

the team demonstrates gojos way of work to such a degree that gojo can always be
proud of

this work continues to impact the enterprise in many great ways

behaviors such as compliance to rules knowledge of the factory knowledge of the
various positions and work ethic of this 2nd shift c&s team has distinguished them
from any other shift or department

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Product continues to be pushed out and deadlines are being met due to c&s on
second shift complying to the continuous demands thrown at us and the team
working very hard to get as many jobs done as possible each and every night
