Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
These Business Team representatives unselfishly worked together on a daily basis
to ensure this mission-critical customer work was accomplished. They completed
this work on top of their other core responsibilities. It was an amazing result that
they were able to navigate these daily order requirement needs while managing key
initiatives and helping GOJO to grow our overall business.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

Staying calm and working constructively together under pressure. Appreciating
each others' skills and letting everyone do there jobs. Everyone wanted the same
results - a successful new warehouse transition and meeting customers order
requirements to continue to build the business.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
During May-November 2017, the team worked together daily to inventory, prioritize,
and expedite over 3,500 customer orders. The team also engaged 6 strategic
distributors and collaborated with those distributors to increase full pallet volume by
over 25%.
