On Fl1 John is The MO that operates the line. He makes sure that we have the supplies that we need to do our
job. He supplies the line with component's and knowledge of the line.

He comes in to work everyday with a positive attitude. Makes the job easier by showing employees different
ways to do tasks on the line. He is so pleasant to work with and I look forward to coming in to work each day.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Helps everyone on the line. Works well with everyone doesn't get upset when asked the same question over
again. Is patient with everyone on the line. He does well with the language barrier in training the internationals.
John also looks for ways to do task in the production line easier.
