NOMINEE NOMINATOR DEPARTMENT
Todd Rowe Robert Straight Wooster Packaging - Direct 260917
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Todd has gone above and beyond to ensure that our Wooster Packaging operation is performing at an
acceptable level. He is an integral part of my staff and an asset to the organization. Todd has helped develop
and support new Operations in Wooster including: Label Control Room, Blow Molding Processes and railcar
transactions in SAP for the handling of Ethanol. Todd is currently serving on teams to improve the operation of
FTO. He has quickly built an internal network of contacts that are capable of assisting him in achieving both
personal and Enterprise goals.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Todd utilizes his previous manufacturing experience as he learns the ways of GOJO. He is a very quick study
and also has the capability to develop new approaches. He feels that anything is possible and can normally
back those feelings up with successful execution.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The Packaging operation at Wooster Campus has increased dramatically in size during 2017. At the start of
2017, Todd was directing the activities of 13 fulltime employees (no temps). We were running one line of
dispensers, packaging material on FTO and reconditioning product as needed.
At the end of 2017, Todd was directing the activities of 70 employees (20 fulltime, 50 temporaries). During
2017 we added the following to Wooster Campus Packaging: all LTX dispenser assembly, 6 and 8 series
dispenser assembly, production on CL1, ethanol railcar unloading, formula tanker transfers between facilities
and running FTO.
Todd has always had my respect and now his actions are helping him gain the respect of others.
CONTRIBUTORS:
Todd has worked with the following individuals in 2017: Jenny Kunkle, Nathan Schaus, Chuck Earnest, Chris
Miller, Mike Cice, Bryan Sallee, Debbie Novak, Chris Earich, Jeffery Hulings, Michael Jons and numerous
others. These people represent many different factions of the GOJO Enterprise. Todd has demonstrated that
he has the desire and ability to advance within the organization and I feel that the sky is the limit for him. 2018
could possibly be more challenging that 2017 and I am confident that Todd will continue "doing what it takes" in
order to help us meet the goals established by the Enterprise.
