Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
In addition to taking on new tasks specific to his role, Dewitt went the extra mile by helping other groups outside
of the Environmental Department. Specifically, he assisted other departments with tasks such as cleaning and
sanitizing CL1 in a manner that complies with wastewater limits, asbestos abatement, and clearing space for
the Chamber of Commerce event. He was an active participate on the Wooster Campus Rail team and
assisted with start up activities. Dewitt led the effort to update all applicable plans with these new processes
and incorporated the necessary information as required by the new Ohio EPA general storm water permit into
these plans.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Dewitt is always willing to go the extra mile. He is extremely professional and has a positive attitude all the
time. He takes on all challenges with enthusiasm and has no issue dealing with ambiguity. He is proud to be
part of the GOJO Wooster team and to be a part of the journey. He is a leader and takes a whole systems
approach by not only ensuring environmental compliance but taking safety, quality and production into
consideration when implementing new processes.

Successful launch of new processes at GOJO Wooster Campus while safeguarding the environmental.
