Haithum is a passionate employee. He goes above and beyond and always engages with others to find
optimal solutions. He demonstrates full ownership and has a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. He
is very approachable and not afraid to ask questions. He works well with others and has solid peer
relationships. His traits supported the above results and outcomes in key GOJO areas such as profit
improvement savings, innovation and sustainability improvements.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Haithum's ownership and drive are notable characteristics. He shows strong traits in leadership, agility and
business acumen. Haithum joined GOJO in October 2016 and has been able to deliver these type of results in
a short amount of time.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Haithum was instrumental in delivering various results/outcomes in 2017 and examples are as follows.
Savings Results: Leading/Supporting $4.3 Million in Chemical Savings and $744,000 in cash release.
Service Results: Worked with Norfolk Southern Railroad to establish system registration, operation contacts
and delivery of rail cars into Wooster. He exhaustively searched for stock and secured last drums when
Manufacturer no longer produced a raw material, vegetable protein, to allow time to reformulate.
Innovation Results: Acknowledged for creative thinking and providing ideas at an Innovation Engineering
Workshop.
Sustainability Results: He prepared and lead the team through the successful 2017 RSPO audit.

CONTRIBUTORS:
Haithum has a good working relationship within Global Sourcing, Supply Chain and cross functional
departments such as Product Development, Regulatory, Quality and New Technologies. His networking helps
to make him a strong individual contributor.
