Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Henry is dedicated to meeting the expectations of his internal customers. He is responsible for maintaining
recycle bins and chemical waste containers throughout GOJO Lippman Campus (MC and DC). In 2017, he led
the effort to improve the industrial plastics recycling program at GOJO Lippman Campus that diverted 56,000
pounds of plastics form the landfill in Q4. He takes pride in keeping the environmental area organized and in
compliance with environmental regulations. The area was specifically recognized as a "high point" during a
tour with Joe Kanfer.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Henry maintains effective relationships with all of his internal customers. He is not afraid to push back in a
professional manner when materials are brought to the environmental area in a condition that does not meet
our internal standards or environmental regulations. Henry is well respected and represents the Environmental
Department in a positive fashion.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
An environmental area that we are proud of and that has been recognized as a "high point" during facility tours
with Senior Leaders.
