Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Nadja maintains the same style every time she starts her shift. She has a meeting with her crew before every
shift. There she dictates what she expects/demands from her crew and what is required from each team
member. Once the line is up and running, she maintains a consistent mentality of accountability. If a team
member isn't holding up their end, she will address the group and then the individual about how to fix whatever
problem needs attention. Although being direct comes easy to Nadja, so does her professionalism. She has a
way of bringing up the expectations and accountability by her communication style to those around her.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The behaviors that distinguishes her from others is her unwillingness to accept anything less that perfection.
She was a way of getting the most out of an individual while maintaining proper leadership qualities. This
happens through maintaining constant contact, both visual and verbal with her team. This is not to say that she
expects more out of her team than herself. On the contrary, she expects more out of herself than those around
her.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The outcome of Nadja's efforts is a crew that follows her instructions to a T and will remain focused and
engaged to ensure efficiency and productivity at all costs.
