THE END OF SUMMER MEANS BACK-TO-SCHOOL

         BUYING

          By Michelle Benson, Omnichannel

Where has the summer gone? The end of summer means the beginning of the PURELL® retail back-to-
school season. While many of us don’t think about back-to-school until August, the PURELL Business Team
and the Omnichannel Supply Chain Team have been preparing for months! Back-to-school time is a key
drive period for PURELL® products, with almost 40% of all PURELL product retail sales occurring between
          June-August.

Have you seen PURELL products on display at your local retailer?
         Checkout the
BTS We’ve found that if our PURELL products are on display in a location
display head- that “interrupts” the shopper, they sell at a rate of 9 times higher than if
er sign with placed in other areas! Prime locations for PURELL product displays
the image of include the front of the store, checkout areas, and endcaps or the end
           the PURELL
             bottle of an aisle.

If you’ve shopped for back-to-school, then you might know that
PURELL® Hand Sanitizer is often found by name on school supply
lists and teacher wish lists. For many parents, PURELL Hand Sanitizer
is a necessity for their children’s backpack or lunchbox. Did you see
PURELL product displays in the back-to-school areas of at Office
Depot-Max and Target while you were shopping?

PURELL products were featured at the checkout area in 2000 Target
locations. This is a great win for GOJO, as this is a HIGH traffic area
                                               for shoppers, which increases the
likelihood of purchases. In addition, Inside this issue
