THE 2018 GOJO UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN

        Making Great Things Happen

         By Erica Hagen, Global Sourcing

Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions: that’s the GOJO Purpose, and it inspires
everything we do. Our partnership with the United Way of Summit County and the United Way of Wayne and
Holmes Counties allows us to have an even greater impact on the communities and the world in which we
         live, each and every day.

Much like GOJO, the United Way of Summit County and the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties
have a long history of commitment to our local communities. They invest in programs, partnerships, and
collaborations that make a real difference in the lives of the people in our community. Collaborating with more
than 70 community partners and direct service providers, the United Way of Summit County and the United
Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties provide assistance to thousands of people across Holmes, Summit,
and Wayne Counties to strengthen our communities.

The 2018 GOJO United Way Campaign is about living out our GOJO Purpose by giving back to the
communities that support us. It’s about more than donating to support the mission of the United Way
to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community to advance the common good. It’s about
supporting the United Way in achieving their goals to make our communities better and stronger.

In the spirit of lifelong learning, it is our hope that, through the 2018 GOJO United Way Campaign, you learn
about the importance of our partnership with United Way and our commitment to community responsibility,
and that you gain a better understanding of the issues that plague the communities in which we live and how
you can help to support change initiatives through the United Way.

Through the 2018 GOJO United Way Campaign, we hope to:
         • Raise awareness of the United Way mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of
             communities around the world to advance the common good;
         • Raise awareness of the United Way BOLD Goals; and
         • Advance the United Way’s mission by generating funds to directly support their BOLD goal initiatives.

I personally would like to invite you to join us in learning about the United Way of Summit County
and the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties. The GOJO United Way Team has planned an
exciting month of events, and I encourage you to participate! Most of all, I encourage you to have fun!
