If you demand great results and give nothing back…
                      …then be aware that burnout could be just around the corner. Even those most committed to their
                      work need some recognition and stimulation to keep them going.

               If you think you’ve “done” engagement and have checked it off your list…

                      ….then remember that engagement is not a “once and done.” It can take a long time to build and
                      seconds to crumble. Keeping it strong requires constant maintenance and repair work.
