ON-SITE WELL-BEING CLINIC
GOJO MANUFACTURING CENTER—LIPPMAN CAMPUS

On August 7th, the newly expanded On-Site Well-Being Clinic located at GOJO Lippman Campus
Manufacturing Center is now open. GOJO has contracted with Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical
Center (CCAG) to provide the Clinic's infrastructure, supplies, and physician services.
In October 2014, GOJO and CCAG partnered to pilot an on-site clinic that was located in a former first-
aid room and adjoining restroom. The previous GOJO on-site clinic operated two days per week for
approximately nine hours per week. Services were limited to non-occupational health services, such as
minor first-aid, flu shots, biometrics, and counseling.

With the continued success of the on-site clinic, GOJO recognized that it was necessary to expand its
space, services, and hours of operation. The newly expanded GOJO On-Site Well-Being Clinic space is
approximately 500 square feet and includes two exam rooms, a restroom, an office, a waiting area, and
a hearing booth. Nurse practitioners and other medical professionals from CCAG will staff the GOJO
On-Site Well-Being Clinic.

GOJO team members will have access to a variety of health services, including biometric screening,
health coaching, smoking cessation, flu shots, first aid and, other routine clinical tests, such as those for
strep throat. In addition, occupational health services, such as drug tests, hearing tests, and
occupational safety and health monitoring will begin transitioning to the GOJO On-Site Well-Being
Clinic. All services will continue to be provided at no cost to GOJO team members. Only GOJO regular
status team members covered under a GOJO healthcare plan can utilize the services of the GOJO On-
Site Well-Being Clinic. Team members from other facilities, such as GOJO Plaza and GOJO Wooster
Campus, are also eligible to use the On-Site Well-Being Clinic.

We’re excited to demonstrate our continued commitment to the well-being of our team members
