Programming/Use of Campus Space and Resources:
Affiliated clubs are permitted to reserve space and utilize campus resources so long as the event is hosted exclusively by the Wheaton club and for the Wheaton student body.
Events that are to be co-sponsored with the national/international organization must go through the conference services approval process.
While public viewings of live-streaming/broadcast events hosted by the parent organization don’t directly constitute co-sponsored events—the Associate Director of Student Activities must approve the event.
