bout the program
Since our humble beginning in 2018,
the Merchandiser Rewards Program
continued to be amplified and became
more exciting, competitive and fun this
2019!
We believe that this program brought
lots of positive changes which
contributed value to Gulf International
/ Johnson & Johnson division. It also
encourage the Merchandising Team to
be motivated at all times.
Joining is very simple and is open for
all merchandisers. Every month, three
(3) winners will be ranked based on
merchandiser performance criteria.
Each merchandiser needs to submit his
entry preferably in presentation and
will be validated by their supervisor.
Cash prizes and certificates await the
deserving winners.
