The communication Laws
It is impossible not to communicate. We are all like transmitters that are constantly switched on. To
anyone who cares to look (and to many who don’t) we are constantly sending multiple messages on
multiple channels. Everything you do communicates. Everything you fail to do communicates.
Think about it. When someone sends you an email, and you don’t respond, have you sent a message?
