The Man In Love
meditate night and day on the word in order to draw out truth from it. He is the one who brings forth for us from the word, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, counsel, might and the fear of the Lord according to Isaiah 11:2. It is the Spirit of God that empowers us to “observe to do all that is written” in the word. We can understand further, why the word is so important in our walk, and why the Spirit of God is energized and empowered to manifest once it is in place.
Against this background, we must act like Jeremiah toward the word of God, looking always for the word and ‘eating’ it when on a regular, continuing basis. Jeremiah 15:16 says,
Your words were found, and I ate them, and Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart; For I am called by Your name, O Lord God of hosts.

In conclusion therefore, knowing and walking in the love that husbands are commanded to show to their wives requires the help of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one who pours out the love of Christ into our hearts and makes us to become rooted and grounded in it. We must however, be committed to the word of God in order to fully empower our walk in the Spirit. Without
