The cleansing process however, deals more with how to deal with sin that is in us or that comes upon us as well as how to avoid getting into sin again after we have been cleansed.
Without cleansing our wives, they cannot minister effectively to God according to Psalm 19:12-14,
Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
Psalm 19:12-14
We also need help with secret faults and presumptuous sin that the devil wants to overwhelm us with in our day-to-day Christian walk. When they are present and our transgression against God is allowed to remain, the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts will not be acceptable in the sight of God. The child of God is virtually ‘dead’ if He or she finds himself in this kind of condition. That means sin make your praise and worship of God unacceptable to Him, however sweet and sonorous the voice may be or the sound beat accompanying it (Malachi 3:4). It means that
