Joseph in Genesis 48:18 to show that the head is a carrier of burden.
When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said to Joseph, “I also was in my dream, and there were three white baskets on my head.

However, with regard to the relationship between husbands and their wives, the former are to help to carry the burdens of the body. See what the Lord so graciously desires us to do with our burdens in our relationship with Him in Psalm 55:22.
Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.
Psalm 55:22
He said we should put our burden on Him and He will sustain us. If He did that for us, then we also ought to do the same for our wives. Remember that our love is patterned after His love for us. We must encourage our wives to cast their burdens upon us as their burden bearers. That is part of what our headship obligations toward them are. Not that while we may not directly bring solutions to their burdens, we would however, provide the required helping hand and spearhead efforts to ensure that their
