Wives can also turn to the word of God to receive understanding and light on the issue at hand. Everything is taken care of in the word of God. When we have understanding, the core issue as well as way out of it will be revealed. The word gives light to us when darkness prevails on an issue.
It is however, crucial that we rely on the Holy Spirit, who reveals to us all truth. That is, the Spirit who guides us appropriately as we seek and search for answers in the word of God, and helps us to make valuable sense out of it. He is the Spirit of wisdom and understanding and also the Spirit of counsel and might (Isaiah 11:2). With the help of the Holy Spirit and the word of God, direction can be received on the steps to take toward resolution of any issue that wives may be having with their husbands and vice-versa.
