HANDBID CHECK OUT PROCESS

Thanks so much for bidding at the 2020 Child’s Play Charity Auction! If you were the lucky
winner of an auction item or participated in any other opportunity to give, an invoice will be
sent to you in your HandBid app.

Step 1
Open your HandBid app. View your invoice by clicking on the menu bar.

Step 2
The invoice section has 2 tabs: PAID and UNPAID.
When you, the bidder, have a balance due on an invoice, it will appear in the UNPAID section.
Once the invoice has been paid, it will show PAID IN FULL in green at the bottom of the
invoice and the invoice will appear in the "PAID" tab in the invoice list.
If you have a credit card on file with Handbid, you will be given the option to pay your
Invoice/Receipt directly on the invoice page. You have the ability to do a split payment with
multiple credit cards if you so choose.

If you prefer to pay your invoice in another way with an eCheck, EFT, or personal check
please do not pay your invoice and a prompt will be sent to the Child’s Play team to reach
out to you the following day to obtain payment.

Step 3
If you would like to receive a copy of your invoice, you will be prompted to select SMS or

EMAIL. If you don’t receive it for some reason, please check junk mail, or reach out to us at
info@childsplaycharity.org
