HOLIDAY EGGNOG                                                                             TRAVEL & EATS



         Dieting during the holidays is a joke, right? Not necessarily. The below holiday eggnog recipe have been specially
         designed by cookbook author and food addiction specialist Lisa Sharon Belkin to help individuals lose weight and
         maintain weight loss even during the holiday season. SUGAR-FREE HOLIDAY EGGNOG!
         This is a Christmas miracle! It looks and tastes just like the eggnog you buy in the cartons. There are so many kinds

         of eggnogs out there, but you cannot find any sugar-free ones. Here it is!

               EGGNOG











          ONE 1-OZ. PACK SUGAR-FREE VANILLA INSTANT
          PUDDING MIX (I USE JELL-O BRAND)
          6 C. LOW-FAT MILK (DO NOT USE NUT MILK AS THE
          PUDDING MIX WILL NOT THICKEN)
          2 T. RUM EXTRACT
          1 T. VANILLA EXTRACT
                                                               NOTE A: I usually pour my eggnog into an empty milk
          1 T. TRUVIA BROWN SUGAR BLEND
                                                               carton and label it. To serve: Pour one-half cup servings
          ½ T. GROUND CINNAMON
                                                               into glasses. For those who will want the alcohol, add
          ¼ T. GROUND CLOVES
                                                               two tablespoons (one ounce) of rum per one-half cup
          ¼ T. FRESH OR GROUND NUTMEG
                                                               and stir well. Add a dollop of sugar-free whipped
          PINCH OF SALT
                                                               cream or regular Cool Whip and a dusting of nutmeg.
