“It’s Detective Shultz again"
“Well, Mr. Shultz. Any news?”
“Yes - and the good news first,” Schultz continuous “Luckily nobody’s
injured.”
"Well, I'm very pleased to hear that,” answers Gustav quickly.
"The preliminary investigation reveals that the bomb was meant to harm
you, Mr. Kräsen, but fortunately as said before nobody was injured. There have
been extensive material damage in the office, as well as a minor fire, which is
now extinguished. I advise you to prepare yourself the fact that their office is
partially burnt by the fire,”
Gustav interrupts. “Schultz," He says it quietly with his hand up to the
phone, to protect the conversation from the noise that is in the crowded restau-
rant. “It's all just stuff. The most important thing for me is that no one’s harmed.
Do you have any idea about who is behind it? Or why?”
Shultz answers. “No, we haven’t got a clue. We suspect it might be a ter-
rorist attack in line with those that have been recently committed in Denmark.”
Gustav answers. “Will you inform the public such information in a press
conference?"
"Yes, that has already been planned. We need to make sure that the
public knows what’s going on. We are taking this case very seriously"
“Good, I’m glad. But one last thing, Schultz, I have still need of your assis-
tance. I have a major shipment of high value private items, not to go into too
much detail, that is to be shipped to India. The transport will commence within
the next few hours, I am not sure if my security is sufficient enough due to the
recent attack. I might need the police force.”
Shultz responds promptly and with great eagerness in his voice. "We will
gather as much protection as we have available, and if it is abroad then I will im-
mediately transfer the case to the right colleagues with international
experience.”
