Conclusions




                 ◼ It was not only possible to get students involved in corrections and improvements to their individual products, but

                      also to engage responsibly with their peers in addition to improving attendance.

                 ◼ Individual responsibility, reflected in the development of individual tasks and in the fulfillment of deadlines and

                      adherence to formalities, was boosted by the presentation of individual performance indicators, and by objectifying
                      group interdependence.

                 ◼ The formation of heterogeneous groups is a key aspect to advance in the development and achievement of

                      competence, and it is a point to which special attention must be paid

                 ◼ Conducting self-evaluation, co-evaluation and hetero-evaluation with a feedback approach incorporating

                      FeedForward elements is useful to awaken opportunities for development and improvement.

                 ◼ Achieving early understanding and internalizing the differences between group work, teamwork, collaborative work,

                      and cooperative work is key so that they can take advantage of all the opportunities to develop these key skills,
                      abilities and competencies during the clinical stages of their training.


                 ◼ Progress must be made in developing collaborative and cooperative learning and establishing their progression,

                 ◼ The earlier you do it, the less resistance and the less "disciplinary bias" you will have on the students' side. They will

                      understand the convenience of taking advantage of all the years of the degree to advance in pre-professional

                      experiences and develop the enabling competencies.
