So, What Does Macabacus Do?

Macabacus is an Add In to PPT, Word and Excel to make creating on-brand content easier

PPT Template Slides & • The Macabacus library contains a PPT template which includes c. 180 slide templates
which are pre-formatted
Shapes • The library also includes MasterShapes which can be used to help create bespoke slides
which match Praetura branding>

• PPT/Excel functionality is generally really poor
Linking of Charts and • Macabacus allows you to more easily link excel tables, data and charts to powerpoint
documents
Excel Data • We have also created a range of Praetura template charts which are available in excel and
ppt which you can use in all internal files

• Within Macabacus, there is pre-approved slides and text available for you to re-use in
Library Slides and other documents

Text • Text library includes biographies for staff
• Slide library will include approved slides on Group/Ventures/Transactions etc and will be
continuously added to
