Macabacus is an Add In to PPT, Word and Excel to make creating on-brand content easier

• The Macabacus colour palette provides 24 colours which
represent the Praetura colours
Colours • All items (font, graphics, shapes, charts) all use these
colours (across PPT, Word and Excel)
• Macabacus>Color

• Particularly useful for charts and images, Praetura has 4
standard sizes for ‘content’
Sizes • All charts will be created as one of the four sizes

• Macabacus>Shapes>ShapeSize

• Macabacus has a library of images to add to slides/content
Images • These have been approved for use, resized to fit and are in black and white
