Approach to Governance

Strong governance is at the core of Praetura.
We operate a plc grade governance structure, suitable for jurisdictions
operating the highest regulatory and legislative standards. Frameworks
have been implemented to apportion significant responsibilities for
oversight and maintenance of the appropriate operational controls
necessary to meet requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
