The teams have had significant exposure to a number of different economic cycles and as
such have a thorough understanding of the assets they fund and can manage risk robustly
Mike Hartley (MD), Mike Dalzell and Daryl Johnson have over 80 years experience in the
debt lending market.

Mike and the team previously ran a lending book at Close Brothers Asset Finance of
c.£170m with bad debts of <0.25% per annum.
Lisa Wood (MD) and Stuart Bates (CD) have over 50 years combined experience within
financial services, the majority in secured lending.

Lisa and Stuart both held senior roles at Shawbrook Bank and Centric Commercial Finance,
building stellar reputations within the North West asset based lending market.
