We believe the Praetura Group could be an attractive IPO candidate or a trade target
We believe that an IPO of the Group is a
significant opportunity for the business once
profitability is demonstrated over the next 3-5
years.
IPO The Group would benefit from significant
recurring cashflow from both current divisions
and could be a strong yield play on the market.
Listing would also allow the Group to issue
paper to fund complementary acquisitions.
As a profitable and cash generative, diversified
financial services business, we believe that the
Trade Sale Group, or its constituent parts, would be an
attractive asset for a larger financial services
player.
