Using the Training Calendar
This training calendar for behavioural interventions aims to empower
departments and individuals to choose learnings that are most relevant to
their development.
The programs included, have been categorized into five buckets – a) Basic
Soft Skills, b) People Skills, c) Team Management Skills, d) Cognitive and
Strategic Skills, e) Miscellaneous.
Content has been presented in a generic format, and will be further customized
to factor in the participants’ needs.
In order to ensure transfer of learning, program customization will include
creation of pre and post training engagement and evaluation, as applicable.
This may include e-courses, pre-reads, subject specific assessments, projects,
etc.
After reviewing the contents of the calendar, a department may choose to
conduct a customized intervention for its members. Alternatively, if the
department does not have enough nominees for a customized program, a
department neutral batch will be conducted. This information can be shared

The calendar has been published without dates. Based on nominations
received, a convenient date will be decided in order to accommodate all
learners. Multiple batches may be aligned accordingly.
This calendar is valid until 31st March 2019, and is a revision controlled
document. The Learning and Development team may choose to make
alterations and additions to the document as needed. Consequent versions of
the document will be shared with stakeholders.
Each department will bear the cost of training for its members. This is
applicable for both customized batches, and department neutral batches.
