OVERVIEW:
Time is the ONLY resource that is distributed to everyone in equal measure. Everyone in
the whole world has the exact same 24 hours a day and still some people accomplish
more and others less. In this approach to time management, we focus on how as
individuals we have to manage ourselves (not time), in order to make the most of the
time available to us.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Identify which type of activities utilize the most of one’s time

• Develop the mindset to overcome time management obstacles and work more
effectively
• Apply tools to get more done in less time

• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviour of ‘Driving Exection’
