OVERVIEW:
In organizations, we often find ourselves in situations where we need to present to
internal or external stakeholders. These presentations tend to be made to a smaller
audience (usually senior leaders), in a formal or informal setting. This course will help
the participant to plan and deliver an effective presentation, across varied situations
by aligning the content and delivery style to the purpose of the presentation and the
audience involved
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:

• Structure the presentation for greater impact
• Align content to the purpose of the presentation
• Deliver an impactful presentation

• Manage audience expectations and answer questions effectively
• End the presentation effectively

• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviour of ‘Motivating Self & Others’
