OVERVIEW:
This workshop is to help people handle critical conversations that occur when they
need to build interpersonal connect and influence diverse stakeholders to get the job
done. Participants will have an opportunity to sharpen and practice skills in order to be
better able to influence in the workplace and otherwise.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Build a healthy working relationship

• Resolve Disagreements in a healthy manner
• Influence Without Authority
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Motivating Self & Others’, ‘Customer
Centricity’, and ‘Driving Execution’
