OVERVIEW:
We work in an interconnected system to achieve business goals, which is connected
through the various interactions that constantly occur between and within functions
or departments. Employees are the bearers of these interactions, and this course will
help them to create enriching interactions for long-term effectiveness.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Identify their personal behavioural style and understand its effect on themselves,
their stakeholders, and business

• Recognize and leverage human dynamics at work within the team
• Adopt an appropriate style of interpersonal behavior for a variety of interactions
one has each day

• Deal with difficult conversations and people in an effective manner
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Motivating Self & Others’, ‘Developing
Self & Others’, and ‘Driving Execution
