            OVERVIEW:
            In today’s workplace there are trade-offs related to information and resources
            between employees of the same organization on a daily-basis; thus making everyone
            your customer. To be successful one needs to build strong relationships with internal
            customers. This session focusses on benefitting the self, department and organization
            through enhanced internal customer centricity

            LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
            At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
            •   Identify your internal customers and the benefits of internal customer centricity

            •   Align self to be enhance customer centricity
            •   Manage Self and Interactions for enhanced internal customer experience

            •   Strengthen  the  Leadership  Behaviours  of  ‘Customer  Centricity’  and ‘Motivating
               Self & Others’
