NEGOTIATION SKILLS

            Pre-requisite: Participants should be in a role wherein they negotiate with external
            vendors / partners
            OVERVIEW:

            Negotiation means striving for a win-win situation, aiming for satisfied customers,
            a healthy organization, and personal success. It also means striving for maximum
            results without adversely affecting your relationship with the other party. However,
            this road is full of pitfalls. During this workshop, the participant will learn to deal with
            barriers to effective negotiation, allowing them to achieve win-win solutions in many
            different situations
            LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

            At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
            •   Appreciate Tata Motors Values (ITACES) while negotiating
            •   Understand the negotiation process

            •   Prepare for negotiations
            •   Apply Negotiation Techniques
            •   Focus on achieving Win-Win

            •   Strengthen  the  Leadership  Behaviours  of  ‘Motivating  Self  &  Others’,  ‘Customer
               Centricity’, and ‘Driving Execution’
            DURATION: 1 day
