OVERVIEW:
A practical, highly experiential workshop designed to help people managers excel
at coaching others for high performance. Drawing upon the timeless principles and
processes employed by professional coaches, the program challenges participants
to become the kind of people manager from whom others genuinely want to receive
coaching, feedback, and guidance.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Apply principles of coaching to enhance performance of their team
• Identify areas of improvement to create coachable performance goals
• Create relationships that confront real issues, and engage team members in
performance changing conversations.
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Developing Self & Others’
