OVERVIEW:
Risk is an integral part of the business world. To reduce the possibility of missed
deadlines, poor quality of service, etc. a business needs to be able to quantify and
qualify their operational risks. If risks are not mitigated, then it may lead to a crisis –
unexpected situation that is damaging in nature. This course will help the participant to
learn to manage risks, and be prepared for a crisis-situation in case it happens.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Development of Risk Awareness

• Mitigate Risk
• Be prepared to handle a crisis situation

• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Leading Change’, and ‘Driving Execution’
