APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY DRIVING STRATEGIC CHANGE

            OVERVIEW:
            At some level we are hardwired to focus on what is not going well (the bad), and fix it.
            In the bargain, we sometimes do not leverage the good. At times escalating the good
            and balance out the not so good. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a change management
            approach that focuses on identifying what is working well, analyzing why it is working
            well and then doing more of it. This workshop will guide the participant to apply the AI
            process within their teams.
            LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
            At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:

            •   Leverage Positivity in the Workplace
            •   Understand the AI Process
            •   Manage and Drive Change by applying the AI process

            •   Strengthen  the  Leadership  Behaviours  of  ‘Leading  Change’,  ‘Motivating  Self  &
               Others’, and ‘Driving Execution’
            DURATION: 2 days

            BATCH SIZE: 15-20 participants
