OVERVIEW:
Having that one breakthrough idea or innovation, starts with training your mind to
think innovatively and creatively. By practicing the learnings of this session on a daily
basis, participants will be able to create breakthrough innovation in their workspaces
and more.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Embrace Creativity and Innovation

• View Creativity as a path to Innovation
• Apply tools for creative thinking at the workplace
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Leading Change’, and ‘Driving Execution’
