ADAPTING TO AND DRIVING CHANGE

            OVERVIEW:
            Organizations move through a number of identifiable stages as they grow and develop.
            In some cases these changes are planned, in others they are unplanned. Sometimes,
            the forces for change are not in our control, but we need to adapt to it, and ensure
            that our teams work in accordance with the change as well. This session will help
            the participant to identify when they are resisting change, develop the skills and
            knowledge required adapt to change, and learn strategies of ensuring that their team
            members embrace change.
            LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

            At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
            •     Understand forces in the environment that push change within organizations
            •   Align mind-set to embrace change

            •   Manage resistance to change
            •   Be a Role Model for adapting to change
            •   Drive change within team members to ensure performance

            •   Strengthen  the  Leadership  Behaviours  of  ‘Motivating  Self  &  Others’,  ‘Leading
               Change’, and ‘Driving Execution’
            DURATION: 1 or 2 days

            BATCH SIZE: 20-25  participants

            METHODOLOGY: Highly interactive and application based learning experience,
            supported through pre and post training engagement and evaluation
