EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

OVERVIEW:
The traditional approach tells us to work without emotions, however we cannot be
devoid of emotions and therefore we need to be able to understand and manage them
effectively in the workplace. This workshop will enable the participant to work with
their emotions to manage self and relationships for effectiveness at the workplace.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Identify the benefits of having higher emotional intelligence
• Define and practice self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-
motivation and empathy
• Interpret and manage your emotions in any situation
• Build interpersonal-effectiveness through emotional intelligence
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Motivating Self & Others’, and ‘Customer
Centricity’.
DURATION: 2 days
BATCH SIZE: 18-20 participants
