            OVERVIEW:
            Being successful as a people manager mandates that the manager should leverage
            the potential and capabilities of all employees to the fullest. This program focusses
            on enabling participants with key skills that are helpful in building a high performance
            team.
            LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

            At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
            •   Understand and connect with the self at an intrinsic level
            •   To cherish and nourish personal identity that is uniquely the participants
            •   Building Self esteem and growing in confidence to be an effective leader
            •   Understanding relationships and individual relationship needs
            •   Build and sustain a collaborative culture
            •   Team Resources Mapping for effective utilization of resources

            •   Aligning Team Members to Project needs
            •   Aligning individual preferences and contributions with Tata Values (ITACES)
            •   Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Motivating Self & Others’, ‘Developing
               Self & Others’’, and ‘Driving Execution’
