OVERVIEW:
A working knowledge of macro-economic and other financial aspects is important for
anyone who choose to be in the corporate space. This session aims to enable people
from non-finance functions to understand how the financial aspects affect their work,
and accordingly align strategy.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Understand various aspects of the Macro-Economic Environment

• Get Acquainted with Financial Jargon
• Seek Parameters to monitor the macroeconomic environment
• Consider macro environment while aligning department / function strategy

• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviour of ‘Driving Execution’
