OVERVIEW:
A working knowledge of macro-economic and other financial aspects is important for
anyone who choose to be in the corporate space. This session aims to enable people
from non-finance functions to understand how the financial aspects affect their work,
and accordingly align strategy.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Understand and interpret financial statements

• Find key connections between income statement, balance sheet, and notes to
accounts
• Impact of various decisions on company performance

• Gain insights on cost-benefit analysis and budgeting
• Capital budgeting for decision making
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviour of ‘Driving Execution’
