Target Audience: People Managers who have been in the role from 0-3 years

OVERVIEW:
Being successful as a people manager is a paradigm shift, when compared to being
successful as an individual contributor. This program focusses on enabling participants
with key skills that are helpful in driving performance within team members.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Be a Role Model as a Manager
• Acquire skills needed for engaging team members
• Align work according to the team member’s capability
• Offer developmental feedback to team members
• Strengthen the Leadership Behaviours of ‘Motivating Self & Others’, ‘Developing
Self & Others’’, and ‘Driving Execution’
