Manage bookings

Once the booking is displayed from the
Zeno Dashboard it is possible to make
changes from the Manage button.

International bookings

Zeno will allow international point-to-point bookings to pre-determined destinations. Other
international and multi-destination bookings will continue to be requests which must be booked by a
QBT consultant.
• Select all the itinerary components you require in the booking: Fly, Stay, Drive
• Select where you are travelling from and to
• Enter dates and times for your itinerary
• Select the policy.

Pre-determined destination

If it is a point-to-point booking to a pre-
determined destination such as Singapore or
Hong Kong, Zeno will automatically create the
itinerary.
