Zeno FAQs


            Will I access Zeno in the same way as I currently book travel?
            Yes - you will access Zeno through the same link to PwC Travel that you currently use – this remains
            unchanged.

            Will I have the same permissions / options in Zeno as I currently have?
            Yes - you will have the same access to Travellers, Cost Centres, Authorisers to select (if an approval
            process is required), custom fields to complete etc. as what is currently available.

            Will my travellers still receive the same email notifications they currently receive, when I make a booking
            for them via Zeno?
            Yes - the same email notification will be sent for a Zeno as what is currently sent when making a
            booking.

            I have an existing booking that has not yet departed, how will I view / manage that booking?
            All existing bookings will be available to select through the Zeno Menu > Manage Bookings.

            Will I still be able to view historical bookings that have already departed?
            Yes - all historical bookings will be available to select through the Zeno Menu > Manage Bookings.

            Will there be the option to use custom requests in Zeno?
            Zeno has an equivalent option referred to as Send to Travel Expert or Assisted Request. When you set
            up an itinerary that does not have a policy to support the itinerary being booked online, Zeno will
            automatically offer the option for you to send your itinerary to your Travel Expert – which is the
            equivalent of the custom request option you had previously.  The benefit with Zeno is that you don’t
            have to think whether your itinerary needs to go to the Travel Expert, Zeno will work this out for you
            and prompt you accordingly.

            I had a previous booking that I had to cancel, so I have an unused ticket credit for the cancelled booking.
            Will I be able to use this in Zeno?
            Yes - if your travel program has unused tickets activated, these will be available in Zeno. The benefit
            with Zeno is, the most appropriate ticket credit will automatically be selected for you, with the option
            to unselect if not required.

            I am an approver. When a booking is made via Zeno, will I still receive the same email as I do now?
            Yes - the same approval email is sent, and the same process will apply for approving / rejecting a
            booking via the approval email.

            If you normally approve a booking within PwC Travel, by selecting approve / reject from the More
            Actions menu – this will still be available to you, even if the booking was made in Zeno.
