TEACHER THAT THE

SCHOOL NEEDS

Passion is the most important aspect

that every teacher has to have, I have

noticed in this school that some of the

teachers aren?t passionate, like I heard

one of the teachers say in class that ?I

am getting paid whether you learn or

not?, this is wrongful attitude of the

teachers. So an ideal teacher for this

school would be a teacher that is

passionate of their subjects, passionate

to teach and share the information with

the learners. Instead of just teaching the

content rather initiate the love of the

subject in the learners.
