Rehearsal Three

Look at these situations. Make a list of the things you want. Like this:

 Grocer
List : Salad and Fruit (Tomatoes, Lettuce, Oranges & Apples)
Then ask your partner to get you things. Like this:
I‟m going to go to the Grocer. Do you want anything?
Oh, yes. Could you get me some tomatoes and some lettuce, please? And would it be
possible to get me some oranges and apples as well?

Granting Request

Granting Request means we grant people‟s request as they wish. In this expression,
you will learn how to grant as a response of requesting.
Pay attention to the following dialogue between Jessica and Asyul:

Jessica : Would you mind teaching me how to operate this laptop, please?
Asyul : No, of course not.
Jessica : I wonder if you could teach me how to make presentation using
Power Point Program.
Asyul : My pleasure.

Asyul is granting the requests. You can practice what Asyul does.
