Capable Communities
Our Rhode Island Financial Scholars Program brings financial literacy to area high schools by utilizing
EverFi, an online platform for financial education. The program is designed to empower students to
make safe, smart and informed decisions.
The courses cover important themes, including, saving and investing, banking, credit cards and
interest rates, credit scores, financing higher education and many more topics, giving students the
tools they’ll need to successfully manage their finance future.
Congratulations to all of the students who worked so hard and to their advisers and teachers who
supported our program this year!
